At Pure Peptides, all orders are considered final once processed.
Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds and our quality-control standards, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
Refund & Replacement Eligibility
Refunds or replacements may only be considered in limited situations, including:
- damaged products upon arrival
- incorrect items received
- verified product defects
- missing items in shipment
To qualify for review, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Reporting an Order Issue
To report a problem with your order, please contact:

- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photographs of the product and packaging
Claims submitted after the 48-hour reporting window may not be eligible for resolution.
Resolution Process
If a claim is approved, Pure Peptides may provide, at our discretion:
- replacement products
- store credit
- partial or full refund
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for refund processing, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:
- change of mind
- incorrect product selection by the customer
- improper storage or handling after delivery
- claims submitted outside the reporting period
- issues caused by misuse or unauthorized application
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before processing or shipment begins.
Once an order has been processed, prepared, or shipped, cancellations and modifications are no longer possible.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If there is an issue with your order, we encourage customers to contact us directly so we can work toward a resolution.
Unauthorized or unnecessary chargebacks may result in:
- delays in future orders
- account restrictions
- refusal of future service
